RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your pieces, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order you may be entitled to return your items for a store credit/gift card.
Refunds will only be processed for quality/manufacturing issues or if you have received the incorrect item.

 

If you would like to return your items for a store credit/gift card due to a change of mind, please follow the below instructions.

Please contact hello@decourt.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with the subject being RETURN "ORDER NUMBER". Please attach any photos if applying for refund due to faulty items. Next steps will be advised by return email.

Items must be returned in original condition, in original packaging with no dents or scratches.

Returns are only available on full priced items or sale items if faulty. The refund/store credit will not include shipping costs.

You, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs on returns. 

Please note returns cannot be processed on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

WARRANTY

We commit to quality by offering refunds on items with manufacturing errors for up to 6 months after the purchase date.

Refunds will not be issued for any misuse or wear of products. Please see our Care Guide to see how to best care for your items.
