TAXES/DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Decourt is not responsible for these fees.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery to specific postcodes in South West Victoria.
If you live in the South West district you will be given the option for free delivery at checkout.
Local deliveries will be made on Wednesday nights each week, orders must be placed prior to 11am on Monday to qualify for that weeks delivery.
There may be some cases where your order is delivered earlier than Wednesday in which you will receive a delivery confirmation.
These deliveries will be contactless and the order will be left in either your mailbox or another safe place. Please include in your order notes if there is a specific place you would like the order left.
If for some reason delivery is unable to be made on the Wednesday, you will be contacted via email and text if your number is provided.
